"In 2013 and 2014 I took several devices here with great success. Mostly cracked iPhone, iPods and such. Service was fast, inexpensive and considerate. Kind of gave you the feeling you were working with someone you could trust. I recommended them to several friends and co-workers who also had a similar experience. However in December of 2014 I dropped a cracked but functioning iPad Mini for repair. After several weeks off not hearing back I called and was told that it had to be sent out for repair and they had not gotten it back yet. As I write this it sounds more unbelievable, I called again in late January after not getting any calls or updates, I was told that it was returned un-repaired and had to be sent out to a second company. Mind you none of this had been approved by myself or run by me. I called again in February and was told that it still had not come back yet. I asked for it back and they promised me they would cal when they received it back. I am sitting here in July of 2015 and have not had a call or seen the iPad. I call about once every two weeks and leave messages but they no longer answer the phone. Now I understand if they could not fix it or if something happened to it while being fixed. I am not an unreasonable person. The iPad is worth at the most $200 which I would think working something out with me is better than getting bad press. However until I hear something back from them I have to stand by this story."
