"Zero stars. Had them come out to camera a line, the address was emailed to them. They were an hour late and went to the wrong house. Guy running camera was not a plumber he was an office guy. He had trouble with it but found our issue. I asked for the bill and was told it would be sent to me with a quote to repair the line. My insurance was paying for all of it. They never sent me anything. I had to call a really pro team out and they fixed it. I call BP to get my bill and left a message, I emailed them too, no response. A year later they call, after I had moved. When the owner stated the work done I told him it was not correct, he said he would ask the tech. A month later he called still not able to confirm what was done, just demanded payment. I explained had I received the bill when I asked my insurance would have reimbursed me. He could not confirm work done just kept asking what I had done. Call me an idiot and hung up on me. I sent a complaint to BBB, he will not respond."

"My experience was from 2019, but after stewing on this off and on for 4 1/2 years I have to warn others. I live out of state and had work done by them on a house that I own there. Work was completed and to my knowledge no issue with the work. I told them to send a bill and I would pay. Finally got a bill, but was told they were putting a lean on the property until it was paid plus an additional $250.00. I was told they sent a previous bill, but I never received it if they did. I drove 5 hrs to immediately pay their bill plus their lien fee. In fairness, they did release the lien within a couple months of me paying. However, they were VERY quick to put it on. I was not trying to beat them out of money just never received the first bill they claimed to have sent. Be warned that these office people there are not very nice and do yourself a favor and check with anyone else before using them."

"I called yesterday to have a plumber out to my home. They scheduled me for today at 1:30pm. 1:30pm came and went. I called several times between 1:30-4:15pm and was told someone was on their way. No one ever came to my home. I called at 4:15 to get an answer of what's going on and they told me that they were going to take me off the schedule and call me to reschedule. I told them at that time I was not interested in rescheduling and he basically said OK have a great day. No customer service, no trying to make it right. Completely disappointed and have definitely lost my business."
