I had a sofa sleeper that was a custom built, and extremely expensive that did not fit down a stairway. The furniture company said “too bad” and went on there way. Not only did Gary come up with a solution, but went way out of his way to come and evaluate the situation without even charging a fee due to the circumstance. He was very good at communication and checking in, and got the project done without going over budget and was on time. He was the ONLY company that worked on a solution.
