"The service person was very pleasant. He cleaned the line of the original problem. As he was loading up his vehicle I noticed the drain in the utility closet was now backing up. I went out and told him so he came back in. He told me sometimes you just can push the clog farther down the line. He then told me it would be a complete extra service call. I then told him that the second drain had just received a service call 5 months ago and it should have a 6 month warranty. He basically told me this is how it is I would have to call the office. I called the office the next day and explained the situation and the lady I talked to was very nice and basically agreed with me. However she would have to have the supervisor call me back. It’s been a week and he hasn’t called."
