"This is the 4th time Mr. Rooter came out to troubleshoot our sewer line backing up. Whenever we've had an issue, they have been quick to respond and work to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem with our line this time called for a permanent solution--replacing ALL of our traditional clay piping with solid PVC. Within a day of calling, Tex and Christian broke ground on a 4-day job. They are great guys, highly professional and super polite to their customers. They treated my wife and kids very kindly. They cleaned up their work on the last day by pounding all of the dirt mounds (from the excavation) back into the ground, which wasn't mandatory. I can't thank Tex and Christian enough for permanently fixing our sewer pipes."
"i asked for assistance to Mr. Rooter Plumbing to fix the toilet cause there's something is leaking but then he is not very nice to explain everything, he quote as so much that the usual pricing. ended up not getting their service cause they want to charge us very high and also his attitude and then look what he did after we pay him the travel charge quotation, they left this like without telling us this which is unacceptable and its not safe for our customer and employees."
