"I had four area heating and air companies provide quotes on the current home I’m working on. All but Sandra from Kettering Heating & Air were in and out in under 15 min. One was high pressure, one took 3 days to get the quote after a phone call reminder and one seemed disinterested. Sandra took her time, spending over an hour and looked over the old furnace and ducting in detail. She took into account the square footage of the property and honest in what we needed. Even finding a disconnected duct the others had missed. The installation team was professional and was able to start work a day earlier than planned. We will definitely be using them again!"
"I had Kettering Heating & Air out to my house recently to service my heater and they did a great job. It turns out that I had a damper that was broken and was not getting heat to my two upstairs bedrooms and they also found a duct that had some leakage. I thought it was going to cost me a lot of money to correct the issue but they did not try to sell me things that were not needed. It is nice knowing that there are still family owned business that are honest and take pride in their work. Thank you for the quick service!"
