"I made an appointment to have my iPhone screen replaced. The appointment was at 2:00 and should take them 45 minutes to an hour. When I returned at 3:00 they handed me my phone and I noticed that my home button no longer worked. They took it back to the tech and I waited for at least 15 minutes and asked how much longer they thought. I was told 10 minutes. To cut to the point, they had messed up my phone somehow. I live 45 minutes from the store and couldn’t really go home to wait. My phone was taken by them to another store. It wasn’t completely fixed until 8:30 pm. It took 6 1/2 hours for what should have been an hour job. I had to go to the store for updates because they never called on the number I gave them to even update me on the status."
