"What a great experience. My water heater went out early in the morning and they came out and replaced it, same day! Also, they sold me on a cheaper option based on the initial intake questions. The technician was great and worked fast."
"Atherton Plumbing is quick. Courteous, and Professional. The first time I needed a plumber I called another company for a backed up line. They basically did as little as possible and charged me twice as much. Then I called Atherton. The receptionist Erin, was able to send me someone out immediately. She was polite, Professional and intersted in my concerns. Their pro, Ryan, came to the rescue and fixed what the other guys didn’t!! They problem was a bur on the interior of the main line cat hinges and backing up. He cleared the line took images, and then worked on smoothing the drain until there was no more hang-ups. Not only did they make sure it was done right, they guaranteed the job. Lesson Learned. Later I needed my water heater flushed for lime scale build up. "Dillon was the "young guy"on our job, assisted, and seemed to learn from the two more experienced guys on the job with him (George and Nathan). Dillon was responsive to questions I had for him - either he knew the answer, or referred the to the other gents if he did not. He was tidy and courteous on the job."
"I was very impressed with Atherton plumbing repair technician Jason. Hey call me 15 minutes before his arrival let me know he was on his way when he came he diagnosed the problem quickly he went and got the part. He did not try too high pressure me into getting a new hot water heater told me the pros and cons of what I had now. He performed a preventative maintenance on the tank how he was there I use the company again he was a very good representative for them."
"We had two tankless heaters and a water softener installed in our house this week before we start renovation in our master bathroom and laundry room. Jerry, Jason, and Mason did an excellent job and we are thrilled with our new water appliances. Jerry, Jason, and Mason were very professional, worked very efficiently, were super polite, and worked well together, even joking around. We have found our new plumbers! Thank you so much guys!"
