"I called Jason with a broken drain pipe. He told me that he was booked for the day but would try to fit me in the next day. I gave him my name and address. When I told him how desperate our situation was he said he could stop by and check out the problem, so as to have an assessment of what to bring later. With some time and a lot of effort the job was done, then and there, and with no need to come back the next day after all. He would not settle for anything less than doing it right. Some of the piping had not been done properly (which I knew) and now it is. Great service and price, especially considering the time and effort it took to make the repairs. I would certainly recommend this company and will call them if I have a plumbing problem that is beyond my ability to handle."
"J and J was recommended to me by another plumber because it seems like everybody is booked 2 to 3 weeks out. Called them on Monday, and they were out Tuesday. They said they could work me in between jobs. They came in, quickly diagnosed the issue, and set about fixing it. They also found a couple of additional issues, and they fixed those as well. Very professional and told me exactly what they were doing and why. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them."
