"Absolute best team in town! They were able to quickly troubleshoot and grasp our heating system needs, while keeping our budget in mind. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of us and our home during the 3 day install process. This is the best our 2 pipe steam system has worked in decades!"

"We’ve been using Lew’s Reliable Heat for many years but this year they really came through. We knew our A/C was on its last legs after our checkup last fall. They gave us a competitive price while installing a better unit than we had previously. Unfortunately, they also found that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, which would have been trouble with the heating season approaching. Within a few weeks they were back to install a new Bryant furnace. Same as before, competitive price, excellent service, and one day installation. The installers (Jared and Tim) were the best. They talked us through the key points after installation and did a fantastic job. Friendly and very knowledgeable. They didn’t even seem to mind my three dogs trying to help with the installation. It’s always an expensive proposition to replace the furnace and A/C but we are completely satisfied with the entire experience. On a side note, we also love their service plans. Ed (Service Tech from Lew’s) has been servicing our equipment for close to 20 years. He comes twice a year and always does a good job. Straight shooter and friendly too."

"We had our failed, 27 year old air conditioner replaced by Lew’s this week. After an initial service call that determined our existing unit was beyond repair, a representative came over to size our new unit and to offer options. There was no high pressure sales approach, just an explanation of the various units and features. The installation date was set for a couple of weeks out. The company’s communications are excellent. I received both messages and emails reminding me of the upcoming installation, and on the day of installation I received the names and photos of the two technicians as they were on the way. The installation went very smoothly. The technicians informed us of the progress occasionally and answered every question I had. They were very professional and friendly. We are now enjoying our new unit and plan to add a service contract for all our HVAC equipment."

"I have had several HVAC professionals out over the years. Since I purchased my home in 2015, my AC unit would shut off and need to be restarted to work. I noticed that the water would drain from the house after the system shut down, but would need to be restarted. When Lew's came out, the technician put a hard startup kit on my condensing unit and told me that I needed a different gauge wire for the air handler. Unfortunately, this was incorrect and they did not look into the fact that the drain system was installed improperly. They were not the only ones that could not diagnose the problem. I had to do my own research and find the manual for the air handler and contact tech support for the SpacePac unit. After putting a trap in the correct location, moved from basement (where it was installed backwards) to the attic, and fixing the pitch of the drain line (which wasn't even glued), the system works great. I wish Lews would have asked me before installing a $250 start-up kit that was not needed."
