They are small company and are extremely polite and professional. We've had both Mason and Todd come out throughout the years. They're reasonable when it comes to prices compared to other companies. If I could give higher than five stars I would."

"I had them install a geo thermal system in 2012. Had some issues with the air conditioner a few years later. Called them for support. They came out and "fixed" my system, only for me to come home to it not working. I called them back to explain it wasn't working. I was not rude or upset. They got hostile with me and said they were short staffed and didn't know how to fix it and hung up on me. A friend recommended I call Tiffin Deluxe. A young man came out and spent a considerable amount of time and finally figured out that it was a sensor that was registering water due to a partially clogged pipe. Easy fix.. I subsequently had an issue with my blower and called Tiffin Dluxe for assistance. This should have been covered by my warranty, but TLT never filed the paperwork. TIFFIN deluxe fought with the manufacturer as it was TLTs responsibility to file and got it covered for me. Tiffin Deluxe is awesome. I will never do business with TLT and strongly suggest others beware. I have had other friends with similar experiences that swear they will never use them again as well. I was literally shocked to see the 5 stars from others. Maybe there has been a change in ownership since I dealt with them. It was a couple years ago."
