"Excellent! Thank you so much Ripal and Pam … you made me from a first time customer to a repeat customer. WOW! First time visit here. When I called Mr. O's couple of weeks back to make the appointment for pedicure and manicure, Pam graciously answered my call … I knew right away that this was thee best place to have my pedicure and get manicure done … the moment of truth. She took the time to explain to me about the services and the pricing. She did not rush me. I felt that she really wanted my business and she she cared. Couple of days later, I called again to change my appointment time a little earlier. No problem .. she was glad to be of service. When I walked in today … Pam had a contagious smile and was glad to see me. And, that made me smile too. Ripal was taking care of other customers at the cash register and as do as soon as she was done there, she came to the pedicure location .. did my manicure and pedicure in a professional manner … I felt that I was in safe hands and I felt relaxed. Not only will I be a repeat customer of Mr. OH’s (Rose Brow and Beauty Bar) but I will spread that magic phrase about this business “word of mouth” recommendation to all my friends."

"Ripal was absolutely amazing! They were about to close because it was dead but she was gracious enough to stay open to give me a manicure and pedicure. She did an excellent job taking care of my natural nails and did not use a heavy duty nail file for acrylic nails to file them. Everything was also very clean. I will be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reputable nail salon that takes care of your nails and actually sterilizing their equipment."

"Terrible job! This is the worst dip manicure I’ve ever had. Every place I’ve been evens out the nails after dipping them, but they did not. My nails are lumpy and look awful. There are smudges on multiple nails. Do not recommend and will not ever be returning."
