"We had a major clog in our main line. All of our toilets were backed up and no drains were draining. I called a total of 13 companies and no one could make it out until next week (it was Friday). The woman I spoke with at Bobs was so sweet and said she would see what they could do. She called back within about 15 minutes that he was at a job and once he finished up he would head my way so likely early afternoon. He showed up less than an hour later. Very kind, very personable. I was so grateful they made it out so quickly and got my issue resolved. No more flushable wipes in this house!! Will absolutely be using again for future needs."

Friendly people, great sense of humor. Jake replaced the transformer in furnace. Everything is good. Would recommend them anytime."
