Inspect UR Gadget

"My laptop screen had been broken for a while. I took my laptop in and the people there was so helpful and communicative. My laptop has some pretty cool stickers on it so I was worried about having to replace the whole back and losing them. They told me about the options and promised to try and find a screen so I could keep my stickers without me even having to ask. They did not ask for any money before hand. After a day they called to tell me some price options and promised to look more and see if they could find something cheaper even though I was satisfied with the price. Well lucky me! After a week they fixed my laptop good as new AND were able to find a new screen at almost $20 less! When I went to pick up my laptop they had me inspect it and try it out to make sure everything was working fine. Only after I confirmed my laptop was in proper working order and only after that was I asked to pay. I’ve taken many devices to this place and I can say they never disappoint. The price is way better than getting a new laptop and everyone is so super nice. While I hope I never have to go back if I need electronics fixed there is no place I’d rather go!"

"SCAMMERS!!!Went to get my computer fixed the owner was helping me he found the issues and ordered the part, he let me use a cheap weak part for the day or 2 he said it would take it get me to that was cool but when after I paid a few hundred dollars for the part and waited he ghosted me and never responded and kept my money and parts"

"Does not answer the phone. Deadlines never met. Many excuses. Kept my deposit and item was not fixed. Wonderful employee with disability is always in the store, who is kind and helpful, but the owner is rarely there. A very sad situation."

"I brought my iPhone 7 in because half of my screen stopped working after I dropped it. They worked very quickly to replace my screen, however when they had me test it to make sure everything worked correctly I realized that my home button didn't work. They had me use it for the night and come back the next day. They figured out that the screen they had put on was faulty and put a new one on. Now my screen works really well. I am very pleased with how nice and helpful they were. If I ever need anything done on any of my devices, I will for sure give my business to Inspect Ur Gadget. I also recommend this place to everyone."
