"It's a Ford dealer that is for sure. I haven't been to a domestic car dealership in a very long time. I guess you can say I'm spoiled with my primary care dealership. With pick up and drop off service along with a loaner car when needed. The service advisor was very helpful answering my questions. Being new I had questions to get a better understanding of how things will work when servicing my work vehicle at this location. Beware NO loaner will be giving unless you bought the vehicle at this location. The manager was very straightforward about that. Almost in an offensive way about it. What if I just moved here from say Florida? Service work was done quickly and they even kinda was the vehicle for me at no charge. As a potential future customer I think the service Manager could have done a better job answering my questions, but again the service advisor was wonderful to work with. My interactions reminded me why I buy German cars and not Domestic cars."

"5 years ago I would given 5 stars...really disappointed in the service I have received over the last 3 visits or last year or so...Driven from Clinton to Adrian 3 times with appointment scheduled to get my a/c fixed...each time they say it's a different problem and to order part and make new appointment...gas is only $5 29 right now and I still haven't gotten that ac to work in my 2020 leased fusion"
