Communication is an issue, had to call them to find out that they weren’t able to pull the data I needed from my hard drive rather than them contacting me and letting me know, as they should have. This has dragged on a lot longer than it needed to, and has left me in a time crunch that could have been avoided. Extremely disappointing."

"They were really nice, but a little expensive to me for a screen repair and speaker fix for the issues I have. My screen is now glitchy, and I’ve had problems since I got it fixed. Keeps pressing random apps and keys and spazzes out, and the speaker is a lot more quiet than the other one that isn’t broke, I don’t even know if the speaker that was replaced even really works."
