"Ann was very accomodating and personable, but unfortunately she talked a bit too much and didn't pay attention to my requests even after asking me to repeat (3 times) the colors I wanted for my nails, and still ended up applying the wrong color. She also didn't clean my nails, which I thought was a standard practice for getting pedicures. Just completely skipped over that... I cleaned them myself when I got home and it was so gross because of all the nail sanding and soaking and stuff that got caked and stuffed underneath my nails from the pedicure. Someone else I know who also went there -only once- had the same issues that I did (too much chatter, not enough attention to the job paid for, especially no nail cleaning) and was extremely displeased. Really disappointed... Two one-time clients will not be returning."
