I had to move on short notice, while navigating financial limitations and taking a vacation, and she got everything approved and guided me through the process and answered all of my questions and got everything set up for me to move into my brand new unit. She was by far the most competent and helpful person I worked with of the 8 or so different places I went and toured, and the May was the clear winner of all the places I looked at two.
