"per indurance claim the appointment was made to this location and had the worst experience in car rental no customer service etiquette seems like they have a “ regular batch of customers “ the supervisor is very short , cold dismissive even the environment is tense So I took my parents to the brookpark enterprise who are the ones I deal with usually. Who are used to a variety of customers there friendly profesional and attentive This Lakewood enterprise I will not be going anytime soon and will not recommend I gave it 1 star ⭐️ only 1 of the workers treated us kindly"

"This enterprise is awful. I travel for work and have used them around 10 times over two years. 80% of the time I have had a bad experience. Most recently, I tried to call before hand to and see if I would be able to get my rental and get out because I planned to attend my wife’s Dr appointment. I waited for 20 minutes on hold before I just hung up and decided to show up at my time. I arrived at my pickup time of 11:30 am and did not get my rental until 1:10 pm. During that time, I believe they charged my credit card for the wrong rental. I also heard a manager state how dumb a customer was for their call. I did not receive any updates on the timing of my rental until a hour in and I did not make my wife’s appointment. I typically avoid this enterprise and instead drive the extra few miles to the airport. I recommend to anyone considering them to do the same. Their service is bad, they are unprofessional, and the overall return/pickup system is flawed."

"Made a reservation at the location the day before needing the vehicle. Picked up the car the following day at the agreed upon time. The vehicle was ready to go, preliminary walk-around inspection was completed, options regarding insurance provided, specifics on operational procedures were explained. Car return process was completed promptly. In total, I worked with 3 people; making the reservation, picking up the car, and returning the car. All were knowledgeable, pleasant, attentive and prompt. Keon was the agent who processed my return. All 3 were great. Very smooth process. I would not hesitate to use this location again."

"I rolled my eyes as I pulled into the packed parking lot and saw the waiting room full. "This is going to take all day," was my initial thought. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Enterprise team was friendly, effecient, and able to address every customer in a timely fashion. After a short wait, it was my turn. The agent was personable and chatted as she prepared the paperwork. A quick inspection walk around the car with another helpful agent, and I was on my way. Return was even easier, and they took care of a question with an even better solution than I had expected. I will certainly return when I need a car."
