"Whenever I choose to come here I know I am taking a chance. The staff is friendly, but its not enough of a reason to come back when the nails are not consistent. Prices have increased rapidly, & I understand that everything is going up but it's hard to pay those prices when the job isn't fulfilled to the best of their ability. The gel manicures are okay, it really depends who's doing it so hopefully you are lucky - but I do not recommend getting pedicures here. And if you do, pay the extra $10 to make them gel. I came in for a regular pedicure at $38 so that after three hours of drying when I put my shoes on they still got ruined. This was due to the amount of paint that was gloped on. Also the nail tech did not clean my nails thoroughly (still managed to cut my toe, and didnt say anything so I played dumb) before almost painting them. I had to tell them to please dig in to get the gunk out & when they did everything they didn't clean came out. If the workers were trained a bit more and attention was being put to the services they give by management I think this place would have a chance. Instead there's a lot of talking on the phone and hanging out by employees as people are walking in. They seem very comfortable. Services like this are the reason why I'm looking at gel machines online to do the work myself. I don't expect perfection but once again, leaving paying almost $100 including tip I sure should be leaving satisfied and worry-free."

"They told me a different price than what they said over the phone. They honored it- but the bait and switch is not appreciated. The color was wrong from their samples, despite the fact I pointed out. My nails are thick and uneven at the base."

"Would not go back. My nails honestly looked better before I came in here. I hardly ever complain or write bad reviews but just wanted to help out the next person. -- My polish doesn't even come close to the cuticles on both the sides and top which results in a grown out look instead of a fresh $37 manicure. --I took my niece for her first ever manicure and they didn't sit us next to each other even though there was only 1 other client in there and we had an appt for two. -- The colors on the fake nails are very far off from the actual polish that comes out. The other client and myself both had to change colors after seeing the drastic variance. -- The polish is very lumpy as you can kind of see in the pictures. -- The cuticle trimming was very aggressive and I ended up bleeding in two spots. Yet there are still spots that need trimmed. -- You can see there is still polish on parts of my skin as it wasn't cleaned up well. I know it's hard to completely tell in pictures but it was a big disappointment."

"Kati did my acrylics with gel today and such a fabulous job, I love the shape and the color and Alliya did my Valentines nail art … so so cute thank you ladies!!! I highly recommend!!! And PS Kati does the best facial waxing and her pedicures are amazing (she is so good at getting out the ingrowns) And Kati and Alliya are both Lash Techs!!! They get so many referrals and people come from far away to get their lashes done!!!!"
