"I have been going to Ms Kim for years, when her shop was across from Giant Eagle. I moved away for 15 years and finally found her again. She does such a great job on my feet, strongly recommend. Went to them all around town not impressed, found Ms Kim and now only go to this shop."

"Hadn’t had a set in a while and haven’t had many in her general. The tech was nice enough but I didn’t feel like my actual nails were prepped properly. I was told one price then it went up $9. Ok that’s fine, I was relatively happy when I walked out but noticed the fill between my nail and the acrylic looked like I had already had growth. They are also very uneven. It’s been one week and I’ve had multiple lift or fall off and it looks like I’ve had them for weeks. Place could’ve been a bit cleaner as well. I wanted to be happy and come back but I think I will try some other places."

"Not sure why the ratings are average. My experience was wonderful. I think this business is run by a husband and wife. It could get backed up when it is busy, but it has never been unmanageable when I have been there. Super thorough and very very gentle."

"Let me start off by saying that I have been getting my nails professionally done for a long time at various salons. I was in need of a pedicure and stopped in at this particular salon. There were only 2 people working. One was out on a smoke break when I pulled up. I informed him about of what I wanted, he sat me at the foot station and started on my service to only a couple seconds later, look at me and mumble a complaint. He proceeded to rush through the remainder of my service and did a childish paint job on my toes. By this time, I was over this salon and his poor skills as a nail technician. The other tech could tell that I was not happy and she kept asking me questions and talking about me coming back. I was totally thinking to myself, I’m never coming back here again, are you kidding me. I definitely do not recommend this nail salon. Drive further down, the street for better service for your hard earned dollars- would be my advice…"
