"Don’t bother for personal repairs. Waited over a week for an estimate that I was never given, despite being promised it the next day. Called a few times and got no answer or call back, and when I finally went in in person to ask my PC was just sitting on the floor behind the desk with zero attention given to it. Maybe if you’re a bigger company you’d get better service, but as far as personal repairs would not recommend."

"SCAM ARTIST, BUYERS BEWARE. I had windows installed, later I could not find my brightness, I call and they say to bring my computer in seeming it would be complimentary for help. Once I arrived he said it would be a 25 dollar diagnostic fee, I didn’t like it but I agreed for the help. Less then an hour later, they call and say nothing is wrong with the computer but my monitor had a display setting I didn’t adjust, once I arrive I am told I have to pay ADDITIONAL 65 plus the 25, 90 dollars in total ! They charged me 90 dollars to click a button, and on top of that insulted my intelligence for not knowing where the setting was there ! They even threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay the extra charges ! SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE!"

"Brought laptop in for an estimate, to have the hinge repair and screen quoted. Called back and was told motherboard was dead. Came to pick up laptop and they had to put it back together. Came back and was told that the motherboard was not dead and they accidentally unplugged something. Screen did get fixed and I decided that i wasnt going to repair the hinge due to the price. When i came to pick the laptop up. The screen was not working like they said. They told me to stop back in 30 minutes so they could fix it again. Came back 30 minutes later and they had it working. $30 repair wasn't worth the run around, and being told to come back or call back multiple times. This is a good pc repair place if you want to be drug through the mud and you like to keep calling back and visiting the store."
