"The employees are EXCELLENT. The actual car wash tho always seems to leave the rear of my car dirty. The Terricloth at the end is a hit or miss especially if there is a car before you. It will miss your car all together while it reset. Then of course no vacs just a mat vac. I guess for the price it is what it is. Considering going back to waterway but it’s so far ."

"The whole carwash shut down (power turned off) half way through my wash. Had to wait to get it restarted and no one on staff said literally anything to me. Just had to sit there until the track started going again. Super weird experience. Also the clean out the inside of the car area is just a trash can…"

"I've been coming to this car wash for over 8 years and I'm really not a fan of the way Rain Forest has changed the way the staff is being used to stand outside and select your carwash for you. I honestly feel harassed by the staff when I pull up to the gate to select my car wash, I feel that it's unnecessary to have staff just standing there in your face rushing you to pick a car wash. I miss the idea of how Rain Forest used to let customers pull up to the gate and click the screen on their timing to see all the choices the car wash offers. We are all intelligent adults and know how to read what carwash we want. Please get rid of this and use staff for better things. This concept feels weird and forces customers to have to talk to staff they do not want to talk to."
