"We have lived here in the park for almost 13 years and it has improved over that time. Its majority quiet. Nice neighbors and our landlord Carol is awesome! I think it's one of the nicer parks around this area. And it's affordable. Most places charge an arm and a leg. I would recommend to anyone looking for affordability and nice folks"

"Ive lived in the park since 2016. Love living here. It is very affordable for a single parent. The park is clean, quiet, an neighbors are wonderful. The manager is amazing.... She gets involved with her tenants to help better accommodate their needs as well as a better community for all residents. She goes above an beyond for our kiddos just to put a smile on their face, with all the festive holiday cheer she spreads throughout our park. You couldn't ask for a better manager or living experience. Big shout out to Carole."
