Have not rented a car from this company for years? Was told to call corporate, only to find they are not in on weekends. Completely ruined our trip. Was traveling out of state for family funeral. Can't wait to talk to a Rep, and get to the bottom of this ordeal!!"

"Review update: Unfortunately, I have to remove a star for Enterprise IT systems. I returned the vehicle on 9.20.23. It's 10.3.23 now, and I'm still waiting on my $625 deposit to be returned to me. I've contacted the branch several times about this and just filed a dispute with my bank today. __________ In a bind with a car breakdown more than 150 miles from home, the folks at this Enterprise went above and beyond to help me. I know it can be quite a challenge right now to get rental cars for everyone who requests them. Really grateful they found me a good vehicle I could use.
