"Reserved a pickup truck. Showed up and was told “sorry, they didn’t have the oil changed in time”. So I had to drive 30 minutes to another location and ended up having my reservation price go up $60. Called customer service and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. The gentleman at this location was incredibly helpful and apologetic, but enterprise as a company completely dropped the ball on this one. My first and last experience with enterprise rental car, maybe their competitors actually care about the customer."
