"Tbh I lived here going on 5 years was clean nice quite the community is steadily going down loud blaring music through out all hour kids breaking into sheds glass in the road. Rent is frequently raised with no giving cause. Everytime I call down to the office I never get a response or answer. Great community if you like to live in Toledo while being in Perrysburg"

"Perrysburg Estates has done a great job recently of improving the neighborhood. They have added new mobile homes which has made the park look much nicer. They have rebuilt the pool which adds a much nicer touch to the park than before as well. However, that is not the best thing about living in this community. The management and maintenance team have done an amazing job of making this place feel like a community rather than just a place we all live. Last year I lost my husband and In the wake of his passing, maintenance painted a smiley face on a tree stump in my yard to brighten my day. Little things like that have built up over the past few years and really make Perrysburg Estates a great place to live."
