"I went there yesterday and was not happy with my nails at all the color I picked she didn’t use she used a lighter shade, I asked for coffin shaped and she got overzealous when filing now my nails look crooked bc one side is Angled way more than the other. She didn’t talk to me at all other than to say go wash, and $50 dollars. Instead she spoke in a different language to her coworker. They were not very friendly or inviting. The nails are so thick it’s not even funny. The items she used to do my nails were definitely not sanitary, I’m gonna wait a few days go somewhere else have them removed and redone. Would not recommend them at all. After my nails were painted she then filed all the edges again, when she first started them she did not clean off my nails before adding the acrylic. It’s frustrating because I only get my nails done a couple times a year and this experience was awful!"

"First time I went to this place. Two days after I got my nails done, the polish in several places came off. I have been getting my nails done for years. I went in today and didn't want to get gel again (if it came off again, I wouldn't be able to get it fixed until after Thanksgiving), so I did the dip. Instead of charging me the difference in price, they wanted me to pay full price. They were also mocking me and telling me I was trying to get something for free. No integrity. Very unethical in business. I explained the gas money and the extra 2 hours I had to spend getting it fixed in the first place. They didn't care. Like I said, extremely unethical and disgusting how they run their business."

"do not go here!!!! I have had these nails for about 4 days and this is what the sms looks like. I had to go back immediately after leaving because one chipped as I got in the car and there words was “ oh my god what did you do”. I’ve been here before and told my self not to go back in but I was in a pinch and thought maybe they had changed. Not only was my fingers horrible they butchered my toes, and as the old guy was doing them I kept saying ow it hurt and he just looked at me as I was in the wrong. The female manager also did my moms nails wrong as she told them she was. The old lady giving pedicures though was amazing and should be working somewhere else"

"UPDATE: I returned to and asked for a refund. After having to argue for 10 minutes they agreed to give me a refund if they could take them off. (Which was fine because I was going to pay another shop to take them off and re do them) I had an awful experience getting an acrylic set. I felt rushed to pick my colors. She didn't push my cuticles back or even use drill them off like other places have. She made them super thick so she had to shave off alot which BURNT my fingers and still left them uneven. Some spots are thin and some are still thick. There is no gradual grade from cuticle to tip, it's a blunt ledge. She messed up the Polish and it looked splotchy after I asked her to fix it so I had her cover it with glitter to try to help it. She only put one stripe of glitter down the middle and didn't put a top coat. Oh and my fingers still had nail polish on them that didn't get cleaned off. I was supposed to get a pedicure as well but after being there for 2.5 hours I had to tell them I didn't have another hour to stay. I've never had a bad experience anywhere else so I didn't know how to handle the situation. In hindsight I should have known she didn't know what she was doing as she the other workers seemed to keep giving her tips but I couldn't understand what they were saying to know for sure. But that agervates me more because if they knew she was doing a bad job why didn't they step in? All I wanted was a relaxing day and instead I ended up crying in the car on the way home because I'm pregnant and hormonal and wish I would have stood up for myself. I will say that my mom would give 5 stars for the massage and the guy that did her nails. Hers looked great."
