"My first time there this morning and the lady I had never even introduced her name. She burned me with the thing they use to buff your nails and then when i said something she looked at me like I was stupid. At the end of it she had me wash my nails not before she painted them, who does that? They don’t even look like fresh nails she didnt even go all the way down to the cuticle. Others still have stuff on them. Then she insisted on giving her a tip. Oh yeah you have to pay by zelle or some other means they don’t take your card. CRAZY!!! I won’t be going back there. So an update to my first visit, i called 2 days later and spoke with T because my nails were lifting, so he asked me to come in and he personally would fix them. He was very kind and understanding of my feelings and didn’t disregard me at all. I went today (Tuesday) and he did an amazing job fixing my nails and he also educated me on some new products that will help my nails be healthier and stronger with the work I do. He was very professional and I appreciate him for all he did to make this mistake correct. He has my business and also my boyfriend will be coming to get a pedicure. Thanks T for doing what u do !!!! You get 5 stars from me."

"Overall they did a fine job. I didn’t like the color on my toes at first and changed my mind. At first the lady was just going to paint over them??? I’ve never had any nail tech do this. It took me mentioning it a couple times and the owner telling her to take it off for her to take off the original color. I got gel on my hands and my fingers were soooo dusty. She didn’t clean any of the dust off before adding polish. Just weird. I tried saying something and she just ignored me and kept going. The owner ended up doing my nails and then insinuated i didn’t get my nails done often. I’m 31 and have been getting my nails done since i was 14. I texted my friend and mom to confirm i wasn’t crazy. They confirmed that they were just lazy. My nails look good though!"
