Our experienced professionals provide top of the line manicures and pedicures in a safe and clean environment, ensuring you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and 100% satisfied. Gift cards are available for purchase for friends and family or for your own future use.
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every visit. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours of your service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other clients.
Please note that no-show appointments may result in a 50% charge of the total amount due, and excessive no-shows may prevent future reservations. "Have been here twice before and thought it was pricey, but good work . Today was my 3rd trip for pedicure and acrylic fill. My tech was with another customer and I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment to start. No apology, didn't ask me if I wanted to reschedule/had other plans and the worse part, no compensation on the charges. This place charges you 30 percent if you are late, cancel too late or don't show but thinks nothing of charging you full price if they inconvenience you. Also, the price I was given at online booking turned out to be $45 MORE because I "booked the wrong service". It also took 2 hours for a pedicure and fill. RIDCULOUS. I won't be back."
"They were super nice but I ended up walking out with 7 fingers bleeding, I’ve never had my cuticles cut so bad. I got a small design and it took about 45 minutes which I wasn’t expecting and I wouldn’t have gone if I’d known they couldn’t do it."
"I came to Ohio for a year and have been here so many times now and I couldn’t be happier! Linda always does an amazing job, is super friendly and very professional. The nails are pretty, high quality and last long, without any liftings. I personally like to try different things and every time I leave the Nail Retreat I’m happy with the result. I can only recommend this place! If I ever come back to Ohio this will be my place to go (again)."
