"David subcontracted the work we agreed upon which I wasn't okay with. Though this bothered me, I let the men he brought in complete the work. I was generally pleased with the work they did and I paid them in advance. Then with the project 90% completed, they decided they were done and wouldn't show up beyond that point. I had to then finish their work for them which pissed me off. I paid them for their time and then they didn't finish what they were paid to finish. I didn't blame David though I should have. Had he made the decision to no longer work with those men I would have let it go but he is still working with those same men so I am putting this review out there for others to be aware of. Know what you're getting yourself into. David knows his stuff but the men he hires to do work for him while he does other jobs don't finish what they start."
