"Ohio Handyman came out to take down and rebuild the wooden fence around my yard. While I love the way it looks, the multiple canceled appointments and unreturned phone calls was frustrating. They also used the hose without asking, broke a piece off of the reel, and did not put it away. Months after the project was done I found out the broke a part of my neighbors fence and did not fix it. She had to call them multiple times and it took them over 3 weeks to come back and fixed it. While the product looks good and I am happy with how it turned out, the process along the way was unprofessional and frustrating."
