"The last 2 times i went, the gel was done terribly. It literally came off after i showered. Another time i waited 30 minutes, a request came in and they bumped me for the person who just walked in. I understand requests but i was furious."

"I came in NOV 2, 2023 to get a full set. They switched nail techs on me right after she already glued half of the tips on my nails. The man who finished did ok but none of the nails looked even symmetrical or even. he didn’t check to make sure they were the same length on all fingers either. I rarely get my nails done and it seemed like it was going to be a good experience but that turned out to not be true. i would not recommend any of the staff, as my mom had her nails done by another tech at the same time and didn’t have a good experience either. We paid $110 in total for 2 full sets. Just short and basic colors. My mom went back for a fill last week and was charged $47. How is a full set $55 but a fill is $47? I will not be returning. They’re ripping people off and not compensating with any skills on their service. The nails you’ll get here look like press ons."

"First and last time. Booked my appointment via text. Upon arrival I was nearly turned away. Once I showed proof of my appointment then Mai agreed to see me. Atmosphere was ok the young lady who greeted me was kind. My nail tech didn’t speak to me or make eye contact, uncomfortable. Instead she talked to a co- worker the entire time. Overall I feel like I was robbed of my time and money. I know prices have went up but I walked out paying $77.00 for what looks like Lee Press on Nails! Extremely disappointed and no it wasn’t worth me saying anything or complaining but hopefully my review and pics will save another new client the anger and embarrassment I have from going here."

"I am extremely upset with my services. I came in for a removal as my normal nail salon was closed. I went in and initially they were nice, but it all went downhill. They soaked my nails in acetone and then moved me to another table. She then proceeded to pry and rip the acrylic off of my finger. I was wincing and near tears the whole time. I did a better job on my own on my other hand than she did. I was going to tip but just paid and left. I had a bad experience shot 1.5 years ago and gave it another chance. Obviously a mistake. I've been told they do well on acrylic nails but do not get removals. My nails are in extremely bad shape."

"I’ve never written a negative review about a nail salon, but here we go. My nail technician was very sweet, and I do believe she was doing a great job at the beginning of the dip manicure. However, when it got to the buffing/top coat of the manicure, I noticed the color was not fully solidified into one uniform color. I asked if she was doing one more layer of dip, she said “one more” and then never did it. When my nails were being buffed with the drill, my cuticles were buffed raw and cut open. And when she was finished my nails were still tacky (even though they had been under the gel UV light throughout the process). Unfortunately I think she realized she had messed up the manicure and was rushing to finish towards the end. I called the manager after I had left and asked for a refund, he said “no refund, come back Monday and we will fix”. I understand that it was a busy Saturday, there are many other customers, and we are all trying to do our best at work. However, I do not recommend going to this nail salon. Poor quality and the fact that I have to go back instead of getting a refund for the $50 plus dollars I spent is ridiculous."
