"Please do not read to much into the negative reviews, you can't make everyone happy. I came here today as a walk in and was taken right away. Chynna was my nail tech and she did an amazing job and would recommend her to anyone to asked me."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I enter to the salon I sign in & start looking at dip powder containers on the wall, they did not direct me to any nail samples so I was looking myself. I ask if she’s going to clean up my cuticles & file my nails, she says that’s a second service for a manicure plus the dip polish. I’ve gotten dip polish one other time, at a different nail salon in the area, and they cleaned up my cuticles & filed my nails included with the dip service. The female owner says to me she only files nails no cuticles and rudely says to me “you must not be a local”. I tell her I am a local, I’m from sylvania I just don’t come to her salon regularly. The male owner explains to me they use a drill to clean my cuticles before applying the powder and after because the powder will stick to my cuticles and make them look messy so using the drill after will clean them up. So the female owner starts drilling my nails & cleaning up my cuticles with the drill. After she drills my nails she starts putting something on them I ask if she’s going to file my nails down to smooth the bottoms of them & make them even.. she says “can you let me finish your nails first” in a very rudely tone. At this point I was fed up with how rudely I was treated so I told her never mind I don’t understand why you’re being so rude. She clearly has an attitude problem, if you read older reviews they say the same. As I’m leaving the Male owner, the husband of the female working on my nails, says “no no you’re the one that’s rude” I say she first told me I wasn’t a local when I was asking questions about the dip polish service, he defends her saying she asked me.. she did not ask me she said “I must not be a local” , that is not a question. The Male owner keeps interrupting me and talking over me when I’m trying to explain why she was rude & why I’m not getting my nails done anymore. I say “excuse me I’m speaking” he goes “no you’re not excused you’re the one being rude” so because of this I walked out without finishing the service. This was maybe my 3rd time coming to this salon, Last summer when I came here to get my nails done this same women was working on a client next to me & I recall thinking how rude she was to the client. I will never again go back there. Terrible terrible basic communication & even worse customer service. If I could rate them negative stars I would!!"
