Marco's Pizza

"Terrible customer service. Delivered my pizza and It was all balled up . Pieces were folded and all flipped over . By it being a hour before they close I called to have them remake it while I was in route so that my kids can get in bed. My kids only eat cheese pizza and that just happened to be the side that was jumbled up. He refused to remake it stating he has to see it first. I’m not understanding why ? As if I’m lying about the pizza being all jumbled in the box. The proper thing to do would be to say “I’m sorry about that and we will have it remade” or even go above and beyond and say ”We will have another one delivered in exchange for the mangled pizza” or offer a coupon , credit , or something for the inconvenience of me having to come out my house which defeated the purpose of me ordering delivery! And I do not have Facebook or Twitter so that’s not a solution."

"Don’t waste your time. We ordered, delivery time stated 30 mins. Order took over 90 minutes! We called once to check on it thinking maybe it didn’t go through and the girl was sooooo rude. The guy that delivered it was nice but I would definitely order somewhere else. Especially if you have hungry kids. 0/10"

"Ordered 4 pizzas for a party 6 hours prior to it starting to ensure I had them on time. The promised time was 5 o'clock. I was told 10 minutes then half an hour goes by. I have hungry people waiting at my house while I'm stuck waiting. I finally got them at 5:30. 4 people are standing around in the back. Two employees are sitting at the booth just talking and occasionally heading into the kitchen to stand around."

"I have been customer for years with Marco’s Pizza , but I think it’s time to change . Ordered XL pizza bake well done , and no it was not well baked . Tomatoes, peppers and onion (cold ) have been added after the pizza came out of the oven . For the past couple times I have to baked the pizza in my own oven."

"This Marco's pizza location nine out of ten times is pretty good, and my family and I really enjoy getting different pizzas and other items from them ☆☆☆UPDATE☆☆☆ I went to this location and order a white sauce pizza not marinara and I hope next time they'll add more then what was on it. Normally they be on the job..today must've been the B/Team not the A/Team"
