"my situation wasn’t ideal to work with, but they handled it amazingly. i had previously been going to karbassi orthodontics and i hated it there and came here originally just for a second opinion. after seeing the shift of how much more professional and knowledgeable this place was, i wish i had came here from the start. since i’m out of insurance funds for my braces, i’ve (happily) paid everything out of pocket here but in the meantime had to get them taken off as im not really ready for the procedure that would be needed to fix my overbite which would be the last step in my treatment. i had a run in with a certain illness that isn’t so great for your teeth as well. after explaining that to them, they made sure they were very gentle when removing the braces and if i looked uncomfortable, they would stop and make sure i was okay before trying a different grip on the bracket to remove it. they made me feel welcome here and unlike karbassi’s office, they were willing to answer any questions i had and actually encouraged me to ask questions. after the braces were off, and we were discussing retainers, they made sure i understood everything and recommended what they thought would work best for me but explained the pros and cons of all the others. i have friends going to other establishments and they told me they didn’t get a choice on what retainer they got. all together, this place has been professional, respectful, attentive, and passionate about their work :) if you’re reading this trying to figure out where you should go to start treatment, i could not recommend this place enough. truly, thank you."
