"1 star cause the staff is always friendly. 0 stars for their products. Bought 2 carts on Monday, both were doa. Bring them in the next morning asking for an exchange, they're not sure if they can do it.. the guy makes a couple phone calls and basically makes me feel like I'm super lucky for them allowing me to exchange these bum products I spent $40 on, he said if these don't work then he doesn't know what to tell me cause I won't be able to do another exchange. I open the one in the store, and it works as intended. just got to the second one and it is also dead and it turns out I just opened the wrong one first. So I guess if you buy stuff here, expect 75% of it to not work and them to give you a hard time about exchanging products that are broken when you buy them. Not sure why they charge so much."

"I buy the Hyde rechargeable and NON rechargeable and the rechargeable one always have a hard time charging if the rechargeable even charge's at all I've called said they couldn't replace it and also I have been trying other flavors so I bought the gummy bear flavor and he gave me tropical I've tried the tropical before didn't like it and "APPARENTLY" the tropical and gummy are the same they wouldn't switch it out for me so I'm gonna find somewhere else to go!! YOU NEED TO SAY THE EXACT FLAVOR OF WHAT WE'RE BUYING I DO NOT LIKE THE TROPICAL!! BUT HEY IT'S NOT YOUR $15 THAT'S WASTED RIGHT!!"
