I called ahead hoping they would miraculously have a lighter that I was searching for. No one picked up and I went along with my business... then 20 minutes later I get a call. The customer service from this place is incredible! The nice gentleman actually CALLED ME BACK!?! Unheard of in this day and age. We exchanged information about why I was calling. The very fact that this man made it a point to call me back, asking what I needed, is the reason as to why I write this review. 10/10 would recommend to friends!"
"The guy who owns/runs the place is real friendly, and the people who frequent the store are nice. Old school Italian crowd, with some couches and lounge chairs inside so you can chill with your cigar. Nice selection, and relatively good prices."
