"Normally as a regular consumer I don't have any issues. Neither with the shopping experience or staff. Everyone that shops here knows the self checkouts are very sensitive. It delays and slows the whole accessibility down. It defeats the purpose of a quicker and easier shopping experience. Evelyn graced her rudeness exaggerating basically that's how the machines are obnoxiously. Instead of assisting and offering how she could be of use. Very unprofessional and shows lack of representation on behalf of this establishment. It was very unnecessary and unwanted commentary. This is the first encounter with this experience and is very distasteful. This is what brings down the volume based on audience. Please train your employees to do better. Very poor customer service!Thanks."
