"maintenance showed up multiple times without any notice, walking in without permission or warning on my fiancé sleeping. neighbors were nosy, rude, and constantly knocking on our door demanding us to move our vehicles. management didn’t care because of how long they have been tenants. finally after giving a proper move out notice and returning the keys by 5pm, I was charged a whole new month of rent which overdrew my account by hundreds. apartment quality is great. people quality is poor."

"My fiancée and I had a viewing scheduled viewing here for 3:00pm, we showed up 10 minutes early and knocked on the leasing door. The lady looked us up and down and asked “can I help you?” “We have a viewing at 3” we said. She looked surprised that we had an appointment. First of all the nerve to ask why we’re there when we scheduled an appointment with her on the phone is beyond me. We came dressed semi formal and Her confusion felt prejudged but I won’t make any accusations. She asked us to come back in 30 minutes because she was behind so we were understanding and drove around the area since we were an hour away from home. When we returned 30 minutes later, the door was locked and had a “closed” sign on it. The leasing office lights were still on and someone was clearly in there. She wasted our time and being African American in that area seemed like the only reason for such blatant negligence. We called twice before we left and no one answered. This place may be nice for someone else but we could not make it past the door"

"We have lived here for about 8-9 months and we have nothing but good things to say about Woodgate North! We have had maintenance come for many different random jobs and issues; they always come quick that day or the next day. I recommend them if you are looking for an apartment in the area!"

"I lived here for one year. the contract is not fair and they charge you a lot of hidden fee after leavinv. the managers are very rod and they do not reply you politely"
