He is responsive, personable, explains things really well and is very considerate while in the unit. He always smiles and goes out of his way to make things right the first time. Most recently, he was able to get my A/C fixed the same day which I greatly appreciate. I have bad allergies and am sensitive to pollen and high humidity. He took my concerns seriously. "My furnace quit working in the late evening of December 23rd and required a new part (injector) per service contractor. Part not available with contractor or in stock. I was leaving town on a holiday visit to family. Upon returning home on December 28, the furnace had been repaired and was operational....however, the laminated floor between the front door and furnace as well as into the kitchen was filthy, covered in dried salt and crud that had been tracked into the apartment and NOT cleaned up before departure (See attached pictures!). I had to scrub/mop the floor three times before all salt stains were removed! Unacceptable! I expect much better from Redwood!!"
