"If I could give it zero stars I would...there was basically no property manager the 10 months we lived here, the appliances hardly worked, had a bat infestation that was never addressed, broke our lease 2 months early because we couldn't take it anymore. Went to go finish cleaning our apartment and get the rest of our belongings before our lease ended and everything was gone without notifying us or even having our keys yet. They have the worst communication skills ever (even with new management) good luck getting ahold of anyone if you have an issue. Worst place I've ever lived."

"Been here two years almost!!!! Wonderful and comfortable Townhouse!!!!!..Jeff is a great maintenance man!!! Always helps out when we need him!!. CAN'T WAIT TO RESIGN OUR LEASE IN APRIL!!!! WEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!"

"We had mold development in the basement that kept on recurring.Also, the maintaince man will not come and fix anything. He would be to busy outside gossiping about the neighbors. Then we was overcharged on normal wear and tear when we left the place. The current manager stated she was doing us a favor on not charging us for some things since we clean and repair some damages. It was still absurdly high and most of the damages was caused by the mold. Also, management has been overcharging residents on rent.In which alot of bookkeeping errors ,most likly embezzlement.Don't be fooled by moving here. It is not worth it."

"First off there is no property manager so good luck getting ahold of someone. Never answer phones. Most of the outlets do not work, cannot get ahold of maintenance because again do not answer phone.Cannot wait until lease is up will definitely be moving."

"Maintenance is good at promising repairs that you request prior to moving in. They follow through if you're constantly on them and show little initiative otherwise. The apartments are decently sized and in acceptable condition."
