"My first experience was great. My appointment for cleaning was not so good. I was provided with a treatment plan in lieu of cleaning. Since I didn't elect the treatment plan at that moment, I didn't have a cleaning. High pressure selling of the service. Very disappointing. I take care of my oral health and did not appreciate being used or disrespect."

"Horrible experience. We get random emails for scheduled appointments that we never made quite often. When we call up and ask them to take us off the list they say they do and we still get emails for scheduled appointments. between my wife and I we’ve had to talk to this company almost on a biweekly basis the past few months spending hours of frustration trying to get it resolved. The Ladies, who we spoke with when we called were very, very disrespectful. We’ve lived in Aurora our whole lives, and never had this bad of an experience with the dentist office.. Additionally… we stopped using this company after the first time my wife went here because the price for the cleaning had additional fees that we were not made aware of until the cleaning was done. When I politely said we would not recommend this company in any of the local communities groups based off their unethical business practices, the lady on the phone had the nerve to say “watch what you say because we will sue for slander” and hung up. I’ve been running a business locally in this area for years and this is definitely not the place to go for good costumer experience. Also, we noticed multiple reviews from people with similar experiences in the reviews!"
