"HOA has head in sand...Nonexistent. Needed a home fast was told this is a great zip code. Not. Irresponsible pet owners not picking up waste. Loud music and speeding cars. Grounds are shabby and buildings are decaying. If your retirement age looking for peace go elsewhere."
