"Just moved in literally as I write this. Can't say much yet but so far can say management is very friendly, straight forward, takes care of the tenants very well. They actually view you as person not as another rent check in there pocket. Like many others."

"Have friends that live(d) there, The apartments are in decent shape, the landlord Joe keeps up on things well. The rent is cheap (depending on how many bedrooms). Only thing I don't like is the thin walls and the bushes (just cause I don't like the bugs they attract)"

"Seems nice. Yards are groomed. Lots of mature trees for shade. Drives & parking in decent condition -- a few small holes. Speed bump are not too big. A resident states they are great with repairs."

"I lived here for about a year and the apartments are a reasonable price for what you get. I lived on the edge of the complex, but it was always quiet and no one really bothered you. I did have to clean the apartment when moving in, there were cobwebs and dirt everywhere. But, once cleaned up it looked good and any repairs I needed were quickly taken care of."
