"Jacqueline is extremely rude and counter productive. She verbally assaulted me asking my name over and over instead of listening to my concerns. I ask for a manager and she acts as if there is no one there I can speak to. I have to schedule appointments weekly mon-fri to go to the Dr and she failed to do so for me. Instead started making noises acting as if the phone was out of service. This agency needs replaced badly."
