"We’ve been here three years and love our community. Landlord is so kind and understanding. Having the woods and schools behind the property are a big plus. Low rent payments, spacious apartments. Only wish they had three bedrooms for our growing family!"
"I’ve been here 4 years. Nicest management people ever. Yes you can hear people in other units…singing swearing…if only something coukd be done about that it would be great. Rent is low but considering what is going on in housing market for rentals, it’s half the price of everything out there. People are known to leave & come back because of that. Outside is very well maintained."
"It doesn’t even deserve 1 star! The landlord is so lazy, rude and unprofessional it’s appalling. He ignores complaints about mold in the apartments and will tell people to “enjoy the heat” when the ac goes out and does nothing to fix it. The walls and floors are so thin you can literally hear everything going on in other units. They only good thing that could happen to this place is a fire."
"Horrible management. They discriminate and lie about your background and say you have things on it you don't to try to exclude you from the rental property. I wouldn't recommend unless you have a good lawyer."
