"I just moved in this past weekend and everything about Parkside Towers has been phenomenal so far. The unit is clean and modern, there's a ton of space and my room is super cozy! The rent is extremely affordable, the office staff, Jessie, Darlene, and Michelle are responsive and friendly and easy to talk to! The resident portal is easy to navigate, you can put in maintenance requests right on the portal. The application process was easy and affordable and the building has so many awesome amenities like elevators, laundry rooms that have a card (no coins needed!), Workout rooms, storage, a secure mail room, and assigned garage parking. The location is incredible, there's a Walmart directly across the street and there's an RTA 71 stop at the end of the entrance! I'm looking forward to staying here for my lease and hopefully longer! "Out of the few apartment complexes owned by corporations that I have lived in, this one is by far the most superior. Most people who live at apartment complexes are terrified of lease renewals, because landlords typically increase rent prices by hundreds of percentage points but for once, when we did the lease renewal with Parkside towers, not only did my rent not increase, but we were able to keep the same prices with virtually everything seeing only a minor $18 increase overall across rent and utilities combined . The office staff here is also incredibly professional, courteous, and communicable, which is again some thing that is almost virtually unheard of corporately-owned apartment complexes. Both Jesse and Darlene in the front office or a continued reason that I will sign lease renewals in the future. Thank you for making it feel like home."

"My fiancé and I have lived at Parkside Towers Apartments for a few years now and we absolutely love it here. We are very thankful to have the Property Manager Jessie Read here. She is always there to do her very best to take care of any issues right away and she is very caring. Jessie Read is doing an awesome job. In the office there is also Darlene and she is amazing, caring and always helping with any issues. We are very happy with everyone working here."
