"So far i had best treatment by Dr Rim . Dr Rim she is excellent. Only one cent here for my upcoming appointment in this week there was confusion on timings by staff. I was given appointment card for afternoon but i received message that i have appointment in the morning. So i had to call and confirm again. Rest so far best treatment and Dr Rim superb."

"perfect example of Big Corporate Dentistry. First they offered to pull out all my teeth and give me dentures. Then, when I accidentally had the insurance card from my job's previous Dental Plan and when they couldn't verify it they gave me the "Bum's Rush" out of there."

"The doctor and the staff were pretty nice but the wait time was crazyyy. It got to the point where I literally just left because I was waiting for about an hour and I only wanted a cleaning. The hygienist poked my gums hard multiple times with some sharp tool despite my obvious discomfort. She didn’t even try to be gentle."

"The Dental Hygienists was excellent. The Dr that I delt with was Amazing as well. Even down to the lady that verified my Insurance was thorough. I think her name was Ashley. They ALL WERE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. THE LADY THAT TOOK MY PAYMENT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE BREAKDOWN OF WHAT MY WORK WOULD COST. I LOVE IT HERE! THIS IS MY NEW DENTIST OFFICE FOR GOOD."

"So, the dental work itself I have no issue with. However, the customer service is atrocious. I had to physically show up in the office to schedule either my first visit or follow up to my first visit. After the first visit, as I needed a bunch of work done, I called to have someone send me a copy of the treatment plan with costs and order of what was to be done. I CALLED TWICE, the first call on Monday and never received a call back or the treatment plan. Then I called back on Thursday. On this occasion, I also left a message that I could feel the sutures working their way out and still in from the extraction and bone graft and that it seemed like a long time for the sutures to be in, so I needed to schedule an appt to have them taken out. AGAIN I GOT NO CALL BACK FRIDAY OR MONDAY. So, I called back again late on Monday afternoon and left a message AGAIN AND AGAIN GOT NO CALL BACK. So, then the next day, I tried to call again and they were having issues with the phone, so I tried to schedule online, which I could not do as I was an existing patient. So, I MADE ANOTHER PHONE CALL, THIS TIME TO THE 1-800 OR 1-888 NUMBER I FOUND ONLINE. Finally, someone called me back from the Macedonia office. If that was not bad enough, I decided to go to the Dental school at Case for some of the minor work as it was less expensive. I sat with the lady while she was kind enough to print out the x rays and the referral form. When I called the Dental School they did not have them. Finally, to make sure I understood the charges for the work that was to be done (the treatment plans are not that easy to interpret, its worse than reading the old phone bills) i called and the woman that answered the phone could not find my treatment plan to help me understand the cost. She is suppose to call me back."
