"The apartments are ok. If any problems occur you will be taking care of them yourself. The owner, Scott, is very unprofessional and unpredictable. He is ALWAYS around and does not respect his tenants privacy. He will NOT give you back your deposit. He made up lies and told us to forget about when we called and asked if he had sent it out to us yet. This was about a month after we moved out. When we put in our 30 day notice and paid our last months rent he told us yes we would be getting our deposit back. He asked for an address to send it, which we gave him. He literally screamed at us when we called to ask about it. He robbed us of our deposit. No one could possibly be any cleaner then us. My husband works as a manager for two men and a truck and im a house wife and mother. We are both OCD, diagnosed, and I am a diagnosed germ-o-phob. We kept our place extremely clean. We even carpet cleaned and painted our walls. It looked amazing. Better then when we moved in. The maintenance man, was a very nice guy, he had stopped by our last night bc he saw the door open and us running the carpet cleaner. He said "wow, no one's ever done this much when they moved. I can move the next people right in!" Two days later I drove over to check our mail and they were moving the next people in. Two days after we moved out!!! We were definitely robbed. Scott is a slum lord. We even had a file folder with our walk through papers from before moving in and our move out walk through. We also had video and pictures of before and after. We just didn't really know how to take him to court. Im sure we could of figured it out, but it also cost money to take someone to small claims court. I hope somebody gets him! He cant keep getting away with this! If you are interested in this place I would take heed to what you have just read. Then I would run the other way as fast as you can!!!"
